Postdoctoral Research Associate:
The
Ultrasonic Program has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral research
associate. The non-tenured
appointment will be for one year with possible renewal to a maximum of two
additional years, the renewal is subject to acceptable performance and
available funds. Successful applicants will be expected to work on equation of
state and sound velocity measurements on metals and ceramics using facilities
in the High Pressure Laboratory and in-situ Ultrasonics+X-ray
diffraction at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL)
and Argonne National Laboratory (APS). Women and
